Missiom Statement

The mission of HCUT is to educate minorities, primarily the Haitian American Citizens and immigrants about their constitutional rights and empower our community stake holders through naturalization, government access, voter education, mobilization and advocacy.

Vision

To promote civic education with
special attention to creating a greater awareness of the meaning of democracy and democratic ideals, to the role of law and the nature of citizenship in a democratic society, and to the relationship
of economics and democracy.
